Apple Inc. sues Time magazine over next issue cover

Apple lawyers sued Time for damages after this draft cover showing an iPad with cocaine was found in a hotel near to the magazine headquarters, in New York. The defense attorney stated "there's no insurance the issue will be published, Apple is determined to defend its market among wealthy people".
